The video for “Eye 8 The Crow / So What?” premiered over at shuckmeister central, VICE, which just goes to show there is more of an audience for the less-than-sunnier side of Seattle rap than you might have thought.

Thanks to the homie Scribes for linking me to Aaron Cohen’s most recent mixtape, Murk, which was released late last year behind the formidable push of Mishka NYC. AC hails from Seward Park but now makes his home in Queens, New York. Seattle rap once again out the perimeter.

This nugget turned up today: a new track by The Good Sin (featuring Wolfy Bauer and produced by 10.4 Rog). “Celebrate” is the first drop in Sinseer’s #FallBackSeason campaign which promises a new single weekly and a new video monthly. That’s quite a commitment from the talented baritone, let’s see if he can keep it up.
